Machakos University Students lauded for their remarkable Innovation

During the launch of Strategic Plan of Kalukuni Secondary School, the Chief Justice and the President of the Supreme Court of Kenya lauded students of Machakos University for their remarkable innovation about the extraction of mercury from waste.

The students will be going to Japan-Tokyo, for the Hutz Prize competition later this year. Attending the event were His Excellency, the deputy governor Eng. Francis Maliti-Machakos County. Also present was the area MP for Yatta, Mr Kilonzo. The students were accompanied by the Registrar in charge of Research, Innovations and Linkages of Machakos University- Dr Wycliffe Amukowa.
