These shall be attained through customer satisfaction, good corporate governance, and adherence to the Institution’s core values which include Creativity, Agility, Meritocracy, Professionalism, Integrity and Inclusivity.

In order to realize this commitment, the University shall comply with all applicable requirements in the implementation of an effective Quality Management System as prescribed by ISO 9001:2015.

The University’s Management shall ensure annual formulation and review of departmental quality objectives and review of this Statement.

Machakos University (MksU) is situated about 1km from Machakos town, along Machakos - Wote road. It is about 66km from Nairobi city and 28km from Konza city.
