Machakos University Public Service Commission (PSC) interns participated in the virtual induction for Cohort VIII of the Public Service Internship Programme (PSIP) on 9th June 2026, joining thousands of graduates across the country in preparation for service in government ministries, state departments, public universities, and other public institutions.


The induction programme equipped interns with the essential knowledge and skills required for effective service delivery in the public sector. Key areas covered included public service values and ethics, workplace communication and etiquette, personal financial management, self-awareness, integrity, patriotism, professionalism, technical competence, and performance management for career growth.
