CPA Felix is a full member of Kenya institute of management (MKIM), Africa tax and Research Network (ATRN) scientific committee and the institute of certified public accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) in good standing with 26 years post qualifying experience in accountancy and financial management.

CPA Felix was awarded the Head of State Commendation (HSC) by the President of the Republic of Kenya in recognition of his distinguished and outstanding services rendered to the nation in various capacities and responsibilities. He was also conferred with the award of commendation by ICPAK Council for his contribution towards the profession by supporting the growth of the profession through research and engagement on matters IPSAS, IFRS and implementation of PFM Act. He is currently serving in member services committee of the ICPAK council and a member Board of Trustees of Machakos University staff retirement benefits scheme.

Currently, Felix is a consultant, subject matter expert, a reviewer and has supervised to graduation many postgraduate students and published widely in tax, customs administration and management.

He holds CPA(K), Certified secretary (CS), Bcom (Finance), MBA (Corporate management), MSC (tax and customs administration) and he is a Ph.D (Accounting) candidate at Moi university and has attended several trainings on public sector Boards.
